1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on xb99, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the xb99 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by xb99 — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2 Eligibility

xb99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. This may include a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or other official identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by xb99 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one xb99 account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, xb99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets associated with those accounts, and forfeit all balances, including any winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the mobile wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. You must update your account information promptly if it changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. xb99 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify xb99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xb99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

xb99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be asked to complete identity verification at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during their use of the platform. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day is subject to the limits applied by the selected payment method and any account-level limits in force at the time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to daily and monthly limits that xb99 may adjust from time to time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's xb99 balance within 30 to 60 seconds in normal operating conditions. In rare cases of network delays or payment provider maintenance, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, players should contact the xb99 support team with the transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed and settled to the player's registered mobile wallet on the same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. Withdrawals are sent exclusively to the mobile wallet number registered on the xb99 account. Requests to send withdrawals to a third-party wallet number will not be accommodated under any circumstances.

4.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit to xb99, you confirm that the funds deposited are your own, lawfully obtained funds, and that you are not making deposits on behalf of any third party. xb99 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation at any time and to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory evidence of lawful fund origin.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

xb99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

xb99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), and collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, xb99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, close the account, and withhold any associated balance.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

xb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled while a player is actively fulfilling its wagering requirements, the player will be notified and the bonus will be removed from the account. Any balance derived from genuine cash deposits will be retained.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on xb99 are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. xb99 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.

6.2 Void Bets

xb99 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; there is credible evidence that the event or market was subject to match-fixing or manipulation; or the player placed the bet in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected cricket, football, and other sports markets. Odds in live betting change rapidly in response to match events. xb99 operates a short delay between bet placement and confirmation during live events to ensure pricing accuracy. Bets confirmed after the relevant event or phase of play has concluded may be voided at xb99's discretion.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet, per event, and per day are subject to limits that xb99 may adjust from time to time. These limits are applied at the market level and are visible before bet placement. xb99 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market or for any individual account at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xb99 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to access, scrape, or interact with the xb99 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to xb99 immediately and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of an event.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage over xb99 or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your geographic location or IP address in order to access xb99 from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Making deposits or withdrawals that facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at xb99 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the xb99 platform, its software, or its content.

xb99 employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, xb99 may take any or all of the following actions: suspension or permanent closure of the account; forfeiture of account balance and winnings; voiding of all pending and settled bets; reporting of the activity to relevant authorities; and legal action where appropriate.

8 Responsible Gaming

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, xb99's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, xb99's total aggregate liability to any player in relation to any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled to your registered payment method. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered mobile wallet, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by xb99

xb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, sustained bonus abuse, or any other conduct that xb99 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, its players, or its partners.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the xb99 platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits are forfeited. Cash balances will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to xb99, subject to completion of any applicable review process. Clauses in these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 12 — shall survive termination of your account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

xb99 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — xb99 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, either via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.
